Recently, eBay has taken over Managed Payments, which means sales no longer go through PayPal. As a result, I am now unable to ship items by letter post. I have contacted eBay multiple times to try to find a solution, but so far, they have declined to take the issue seriously. So for the moment, eBay's own International Shipping program at .50 is the the best I can offer. My recommendation for cost-effective international shipping is to buy more than one item at a time.
This is a large and heavy brochure, so apologies for the higher-than-usual shipping costs. For international buyers, the cardboard packing will push it into the 8-32 oz. group as a rigid package, but that will allow for free shipping on some additional items.
