    Antique 3/4 Violin With Brown Coffin Type Wood Case For Restoration Or Repair
    This is an antique 3/4 size violin with a coffin type wood case.
    The violin measures 23" long and 8" wide at the widest part. It appears to be handmade as you can see rough cuts in the wood, the wood types do not match, and the varnish is not smooth. The violin needs some restoration. It needs strings, a bridge (the piece is in the case), 1 peg, a bow, and more.
    The case also appears to be handmade. It is stained brown and has brass hinges, a brass handle, and brass jewelry box staple hasp catches. The case measures 31.5" long, 10.75" wide and 5" deep.
    This violin and case is in good pre-owned condition but needs some restoration.
