    Description

    Antique violin unmarked maybe American or German. Full size 4/4. Probably 19th c. No label inside. No cracks that I can see. Needs strings - has some but I would replace them. Has old chin rest inside case.  Comes with an old  bow. The frog has a slight crack as shown and a metal replacement tip. Comes with an old case, the handle that was leather is missing; latches however work. Sold as is since violin needs going over. Ref 636
