Beautiful Vintage Parker Green Tiger Stripe Fountain Pen & Pencil Set
Cap: No scratches, dents, dings or damage of any kind.  Two of the three bands on both the Pen & pencil are bright and clean, the lower one on both has a small spot that is not as shiny as the rest, may only need to be cleaned, but you be the judge.  Nice glossy deep color.
Barrel: No scratches, dents, dings or damage of any kind.  Beautiful glossy deep My pics do not do this pen justice.  The pencil does not have any marking the barrel, the pen has nice readable markings-see pic
Section, Feed & Nib: Section is correct, undamaged.  Gorgeous correct 14k Fine Parker nib.  Lead in pencil moves up and down as it should with twist of top.
