Parker "Jointless" Eyedropper-Fill Mottled Pen

Made 1898-1905, rare Parker black hard rubber, "Jointless" eyedropper-fill pen
. No cracks or names. The pen is shown and discussed on page 94 of
Fischler and Schneiders
book,
Fountain Pens and Pencils
. Instead of a section that screwed in and out to fill the pen, the "Jointless" has a pull out feature with small prong to help keep the section in the pen. This pen has an early Parker barrel imprint with patent dates of 1891, 1894 and 1899 on it. Cap has patent date of 1898 on it. Rare, very early Parker 14K nib is wide and has its iridium. 018 in circle at barrel end.
