    Description

    My weathered cars are customized over a three day process with varying combinations of pastel chalks, washes, hand painting, dry brushing and airbrush. The finished product is sealed with dullcoat. Be assured that no two cars are exactly alike.
    Time to thin out my own collection.  You're bidding on a Proto 2000 gondola.  This is a craftsman kit, with applied grabs, steps, and brake system. The car is fitted with ribbed metal wheelsets and Kadee knuckle couplers, adjusted to NMRA height, and
    a real wooden deck by Modelers' Choice.
    The car is weighted a to NMRA Standards. The scratchbuilt load of rusty steel plates, headed for the mill, is removable.  Comes in a its original box.
    This car is an Erie RR 52'-6" mill gondola. The car wears the Erie diamond herald and road number 10381, with a built date of 2-41.
