  • Condition: This chisel is marked STANLEY MADE IN THE USA on the socket. It has some blemishes from light corrosion and light pitting and use but nothing too bad. It has been sharpened and flattened a bit on a Worksharp machine to approximately 25 degrees. The handle is a new replacement and is made of hickory wood and leather.     Description

    This chisel is a used vintage chisel.
    This chisel is marked MADE IN THE USA, on the socket of the chisel.
    The cutting edge of the blade is about 3/4 inch wide.The steel including the socket is  about 5 1/8  inches long  and the blade portion is about 2 7/8 inches.  The overall length, with the handle attached is about 9 inches.  These measurements are approximate and rounded.
    Condition:
    The chisel has some light corrosion blemishes.  It has been sharpened to about 25 degrees and cleaned up some on the flat side, of the blade.  The handle is a new and replacement made of Hickory wood and leather.   See the pictures for more information on its condition.
