    Very nice unknown cachet (possible Quadracolor) for the 14c postal card honoring the US Coast Guard "Eagle"
    .  This cover is cancelled with the Seattle WA FDOI cancel.  Unusual postal stationary is tough to find because of the small quantities serviced.
