Vintage 3/4 French Violin 22" Stamped 34V 203 Nielsen Music Inside with Bow

This is a 22" 3/4 vintage violin that I picked up many years ago and I know nothing about.  There is a lot of wear on the edges and one of the strings is broken.  I don't know how good the other strings are as they appear to be old.  The bow comes with it but again I know nothing about the bow which has some of the "hair" broken on it.
On the inside of the violin on one side there is a sticker that says "France" and the other side a sticker that says "Nielsen Music - Rockford - 34V 203"
