Vintage Collectible PARKER Arrow Cap Fountain Pen

Most of My Items Are Vintage. All of My Items are Being Sold As Is, As Seen, As Found. I lightly Wipe The Items, But Leave The Cleaning Up to The New Owner as I Don't Want To Damage Any Items!! I Try & Describe The Items, As Best as Possible. Vintage Items May Show Wear, Have Some Lite Scratches or Scuffs. Ebay Charges State Tax. Nice Vintage Collectible PARKER Pen.  Pen is 5 1/2" L. I did not see any cracks or chips. Color looks to be a blueish green. The pen cap above the arrow is a clear pointed gem.
